Established in 2011, Team Build brings you almost a decade’s worth of industry knowledge and experience. We know how to work with the complex factors of the building sector and how to adapt to fluctuations in workflow.

Having worked with some of New Zealand’s most respected construction companies and subcontractors, we know how important it is to provide more than just the guys with the tools. We’ve built our reputation on training our carpenters to think productively, act collaboratively, and to bring a team leadership approach to everything we do.

When he started Team Build in 2011, Corey recognised the need to provide flexible teams that were focused on productivity and outcomes, not just guys on the tools simply putting in the hours.

He now manages a team of more than 30 reliable, responsible, flexible tradespeople and team leaders who provide significant value to the building sector.
